Following enquiries by lots of golf clubs, Golf Club Network have launched
a mobile texting service for golf clubs, regardless of whether you are GCN
customer or not. They have used their bulk purchasing power to negotiate
some very competitive rates for texts, starting at 4.9p. There are no set up
fees and each club will have its own admin portal where it can upload its
mobile data and send out texts for its own campaigns.
Texting is proving an excellent member retention tool and in visitor
marketing is useful for driving last minute tee time sales.
